Registration for Meralco Online
Self-registration via Meralco Website
Step 1: Get a copy of any Meralco bill from the past 6 months.
Step 2: On the website, go to Meralco Online. You may also download the Meralco Mobile App.
Step 3: On the log in page, click sign up.
Step 4: Provide the required information in the registration page:
- Email address
- Name
- Cellphone number
- Details found on your latest bill: Service ID number, Total kWh consumed for the month, Bill date
Step 5: Click tick box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Step 6: Click Register.

Registration via email
Step 1: Get a copy of any Meralco bill.
Step 2: Send the following details to biz@meralco.com.ph:
- Service ID No.
- Account name
- Email address
- Contact number
In the subject, type in: Meralco Online registration

Registration via our Business Hotline
Step 1: Get a copy of any Meralco bill.
Step 2: Call our business hotline at 16210.
Step 3: Request assistance for Meralco Online registration and provide the following details to the agent:
- Service ID No.
- Account name
- Email address
- Contact number

Service Application
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or Meralco Mobile app.
Step 2: Click the start of modify service option.
Step 3: Fill out the application form and submit.
Once your application is submitted, we will send you updates to guide you on the next steps.
View Bills
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or the Meralco Mobile app.
Step 2: On the landing page, click Bills and Payment found on the top bar. Then click Bills Summary.
Step 3: Find the bill/s you want to view. If you have multiple services registered under your account, you may also filter by Service ID No. or Account No.
Step 4: Choose which bill month you want to see and click the bill icon for that month.
Step 5: A new page will launch. Scroll down and wait for the bill to load. You have the option to save a copy or print the bill.
Pay Bills
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or the Meralco Mobile app.
Step 2: On the landing page, you will see the amount and due date of your most recent bill. Click Pay Now.
Step 3: Tick the bill you want to pay and click Pay Now. If you have multiple services registered under your account, you can choose which bill/s to pay. You also have the option to pay in advance.
Step 4: Provide the required information:
- Choose the payment option: Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard or JCB), Debit Card, PayMaya or GCash
- Card number
- Expiry date in this format MM/YYYY
- Security code
Reminder: Make sure to type in the full year (YYYY) so you can proceed.
Step 5: Click Next.
Step 6: Review the payment details and click submit.
Step 7: You will be directed to the page of our payment partner and may be asked to verify your transaction.
Step 8: Your payment will be acknowledged. You will also get an email once the payment has been posted.
Report Power Interruption
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or Meralco Mobile app.
Step 2: On the landing page, click Outages and Incidents found on the top bar. Then click View/Report Outage.
Step 3: You will see a map showing the location of your business. It will also show areas where there is a power interruption.
Step 4: Click Report an Outage. You can report a brownout for your service or for other accounts.
Step 5: Provide the required details and choose how you want to get updates regarding this concern.
Step 6: Click Submit.
Step 7: Your report will be acknowledged. You will also get restoration updates from Meralco.
Inquire and Give Feedback
Step 1: Log in to your Meralco Online account via the website or the Meralco Mobile app.
Step 2: On the landing page, click Contact Us found on the top bar.
Step 3: Click Inquiry, Feedback or Request.
Step 4: Provide the required details.
Step 5: Click Submit.
Step 6: Your concern will be acknowledged. Please wait for updates from Meralco.
Reactivation
Step 1: On the website, click the Meralco Online button.
Step 2: Log in using the email address and password you used for Meralco Online before.
Step 3: A prompt will appear with a link for account reactivation. Click that link.
Step 4: An email will be sent to you. Click the link in the email to set your password.
Step 5: Log in to your Meralco Online account using your new password.
Meralco Online Requirements
After you complete the registration process, business customers have to submit the following requirements to activate your account:
- Authorization letter - This can be in the form of an email from the President, Vice President, General Manager, or equivalent, authorizing his/her personnel access to company details via the Meralco Online enrollment.
- Undertaking - Ideally, signed and notarized. This can be filled-out without the physical signature, but it must explicitly be indicated in the email of the Company President, VP, or GM (or equivalent) that he/she is amenable to the Undertaking. You can download the file here.
- Valid ID - Scanned copy of the ID of the company personnel being provided access to Meralco Online. If not available right now, this may be deferred and included in the undertaking.
