These steps only apply to businesses with a contracted capacity of 5 to 499kW and new Meralco facilities are required to energize their property and connect it to the grid.
Need to update your contract or bill details or upgrade your electrical load? You can easily do that via My Meralco.

* If you are required to provide a building permit in compliance with the CFEI, you need to secure a Power Line Operator (PLO) Certificate from Meralco. The PLO certificate is a requirement for the issuance of building permit, as mandated by the RA 11361 or the Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines (AOPL) Act.

Upon submission of requirements, a Biz Customer Service Engineer will coordinate with you within three (3) working days for the next steps.
Closing shop or moving to another location? You may request for the termination of your electric service via My Meralco.
